We collect information when you subscribe to our newsletter, submit a donation, register as an In.Allies volunteer, or fill out a contact or program form. Only authorized staff or agents of Hutanin Ekosistem Indonesia will access or use the information we collect. Donations and Transactions

When you make a donation or participate in a program such as Adopt.In, we collect the information necessary to process and confirm your transaction, issue a receipt, and send periodic field reports on how your support is being used. We do not store credit card or banking details on our servers. All payments are processed through licensed, encrypted payment gateways authorized by Bank Indonesia. Children and Program Participants

In line with our organizational Safeguarding and PSEA commitments, we do not publish photographs, video, or identifying information of children without written consent from a parent or legal guardian. Data collected from the communities we work with is handled with the same principles that guide our field presence: informed consent, respect for dignity, and the right to withdraw at any time.
